  1. Order Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team begins crafting your unique piece. Please allow us 12-15days  EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS for us to meticulously create and prepare your garment for shipment.

  2. Shipping Method: We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure a safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

  3. Estimated Delivery Time: While we aim to deliver your order within the initial 10-15 daysEXCLUDING timeframe, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions or logistical delays) may occur. Rest assured, we work tirelessly to minimize any delays and keep you informed throughout the process.

  4. Tracking Information: As soon as your order is dispatched, we provide you with tracking details via email or on your account dashboard so you can monitor its journey to you.

  5. Address Accuracy: It's essential to provide accurate shipping details during checkout. CSTOREClOTHIN is not liable for any delays or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses md contact information provided by the customer.

  6. Multiple Items Order: If you've ordered multiple items , we may ship them separately to ensure you receive each piece as soon as it's ready, at no additional cost to you.

  7. Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, modifications or cancellations might not be possible due to the personalized nature of our products and immediate production process. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.

    • DELHIVERY PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS
    • 3 attempts will be there for the delivery from shipment company.
    • If registered mobile number or address is incorrect, brand will not be responsible for the delay in delivery ( Partial Payment amount is non refundable, in case delivery failed ) 
    • Extra Rs 350 will be charged or deducted  in case of RTO  and remaining amount will be given as store credit.
    • Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
