If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we are here to assist
Exchange :
a. If, there is a size mismatch with your dress, please contact our customer support team within 24HRS of receiving the item.
b. Customer need to self-ship the product to us after the product delivery and bear the charges of courier.
c. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the dress for replacement. Please note that the replacement dress will be made according to the correct measurements provided by you.
d. 10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
e. We do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
- Exchanges are available within sizes and different products also IF YOU CHANGE WITH DIFFERENT ITEM THEM RUPPESS 250 IS CHARGEABLE (SAME PRODUCT EXCHANGE IS FREE)
- Returns are available only in the form of store credit ( WE DO NOT REFUND ).
- Credit is valid for 3 months from the issued date on the registered mail id ND PHONE NUMBER
- Once the product reaches us back our team will give you store credit/ship your new product
- Exchange process takes ( 12-15 ) days
- We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if;
- (1) the product/s are returned after use
- (2) the products are damaged
- tags are not intact and the parcel is not in original packing
- We only provide return/exchange ONCE
- Exchange/Returns can be done within 4 days after delivery.
If Damaged/Wrong product delivered -
- We will give you a exchange.
- Please reach us within 24 hours after delivery .
- New product will be shipped after we receive the exchange product
- Exchange process takes ( 12-15 )working days.
- once the exchange request is accepted customer is required to ship the product back to us.
- if customer ship the product back to us without informing us or exchange request we reserve full right not to accept the return/exchange

2-Don't like the product/size/others
- We will charge a nominal fee for returns and exchanges
- Exchanges are available within sizes and different products also.
- customer is required to ship the product back to us after reaching out to us within 24hrs
- Returns are available only in the form of store credit which might take upto 7-12days to reflect ( WE DO NOT REFUND ).
- Credit note is valid for 30 days from the issued date on the registered mail id.
- Once the product reaches us back our team will give you store credit/ship your new product/s

- We reserve the right to not accept a return/exchange if;

- Exchange/Returns can be done within 4 days after delivery.
- DELHIVERY PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS
- 3 attempts will be there for the delivery from shipment company.
- If registered mobile number or address is incorrect, brand will not be responsible for the delay in delivery ( Partial Payment amount is non refundable, in case delivery failed )
- Extra Rs 350 will be charged or deducted in case of RTO and remaining amount will be given as store credit.
- Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.
Returns or cancellations

Prepaid Orders:
*Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled.
*However, customers can opt to switch to a different product or change the delivery address if necessary.
