Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order item.
  • Exchange is only applicable in case of size issues.
  • Items purchased using store credit are only eligible for size exchange.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only in the form of store credit.
  • Store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash/refund.
  • No discounts or offers can be applied when redeeming store credit.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations after are non-refundable.

4. Request Timeline

  • Customers must inform within 24 hours of receiving the order for any return or exchange request.
  • The parcel must be self-shipped within 3 days of delivery.

5. Process (Important)

  • All return/exchange requests must be made only via WhatsApp support.
  • Customers must share:
    • Clear product images
    • Tag images
    • (All before packing the item)

6. Shipping Guidelines

  • We do not provide reverse pickup.
  • Customers are required to self-ship the parcel after confirmation from WhatsApp support.
  • Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

7. Store Credit Terms

  • Store credit orders:
    • Are not eligible for product exchange (only size exchange allowed)
    • Cannot be used with discounts/offers
    • Cannot be combined with another store credit for exchange
    • Do not include previous shipping charges

Special Clauses

  • Damaged / Wrong Product
    In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the exchange shipping cost but only with a unboxing video 
  • Unboxing Video Requirement
    An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • Hygiene Policy
    Certain items such as bodysuits, innerwear, and white outfits may not be eligible for return/exchange due to hygiene reasons.

Important Notes

  • Requests not meeting the above conditions may not be accepted.
  • The brand reserves the right to approve or reject return/exchange requests after quality check.
